THE MATH

Stucco installation cost formula

Total = area × rate × finish + labor + removal

Material allowances run about $3/sq ft for traditional stucco, $4.50 for EIFS and $2.50 for one-coat. Smooth finish adds 15%, textured 35%. Installation labor is priced separately at ~$55/hr.
