FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When should I seal?
Every 2-3 years, or when asphalt looks gray and porous. Sealing protects against water, oil and UV damage.
Do I need to fill cracks first?
Yes — cracks let water in and make damage worse. Fill them before sealing for a lasting result.
How long does it take?
Sealant needs 12-24 hours to dry before driving on it. Plan a full day for a standard driveway.
